If your parcel tracking shows that it is being “returned to sender”; usually this is due to an issue with the address provided or that delivery was refused. We are not able to intervene in this process in any way.
As soon as we receive notice the parcel has been received by our warehouse team, we will automatically issue a full refund for you.
We are no longer able to resend parcels that have been returned to us.
It can take several weeks (or more in some rare cases) for a parcel to be returned to us; it may not be possible to process a refund during this time.
