All Redgrass Products come with a 12 month warranty, that begins from the date you receive the product, with the following exceptions.

Sable Hair Brushes #

Our natural hair brushes are delicate tools and with proper care they will last for a long time.

Damaging a Sable Hair Brush is surprisingly easy if you don’t follow our advice on how to care for it.

(Sometimes it is possible to revive a damaged bristles with a specialist Brush Restorer.)

Unfortunately, if you have inadvertently ended the life of your brush, regardless of when you purchased it, we are unable to offer replacements.

Nippers And Sprue Cutters #

The RGG Nippers and Sprue Cutters are high quality precision tools – the blades can be damaged or even broken in certain conditions.

The following actions will void the warranty:
A drop or fall
Cutting metals
Cutting plastics and resins thicker than 3 mm
Cutting anything else other than sprues or miniatures

You should avoid using the tip of the blades to cut through anything.
