Will I have to pay import duty or VAT?

For customers outside of the EU, it is possible that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which, are levied when the products reach specified destinations.

We advise that you monitor the relevant tracking number(s) provided, as you may not see any notice from from the carrier, informing you duty has been applied to your parcel.

Import duty and local taxes are the responsibility of the recipient unless stated otherwise.

Whilst Import duty is outside of our control we do apologise for any inconvenience caused.

For all EU countries there will be no additional charges relating to import duty or VAT applied to your order.

For customers in the UK and EU, we will include the appropriate VAT rate in the price you pay when ordering from our website. For all other countries no VAT is payable to us.

Please note that VAT regulations do change and you may still be asked to pay VAT by the Customs Office of your own country.

For customers in Switzerland. R9 Lamps will be shipped from within Switzerland and there will be no duty to pay.
